My name is Crystal Elyse Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have been drawing since the age of two and continued drawing until High School. My father was an artist, so I got my skills from him. I wanted to be a computer graphic artist, but I did not have any confidence in myself.
I started my business in 2018 as a personal chef. I was doing meal prep and catering, but I knew that wasn’t my calling. I eventually started being an Art assistant at “The Scene DTX” which I loved! I would do date nights and teach others how to paint, while I would prepare a meal.
In 2020, I launched my swimsuit line CCXV X SWIM where I catered to mommy’s swimsuits. I wanted to provide a collection, that mommy’s can still be sexy and comfortable.
My son and I created a Handwriting Print and ursive Affirmation Workbook For Kids in 2021, for which we received a BookFest Award. My son and I wanted to create a book where kids can learn positive affirmations while learning handwriting. So many kids are getting bullied and we wanted to give them a boost in their self-esteem.
When asked about my creative process, I said "I CREATE DOPE MAGIC!" I love being that positive light to others!
My Palette is a clean canvas, that is inspired by an idea, a concept, an inspiration that comes to life! I create one of a kind statement and commission pieces, that will find the right space in your home, office, coffee shop or museum as exuberantly "I Create Dope Magic!"
